1. Who operates StyleScore
StyleScore is operated by VYZEN Labs in Türkiye. This policy covers the StyleScore Android app, account functions, requested style analyses, purchases and account-deletion requests.
2. Information we use
To provide the service, we may use an account identifier, app and device information, your settings, analysis results such as scores and summaries, limited security records, and Google Play purchase-verification information. VYZEN Labs does not receive your full payment-card details.
3. What happens to your photos
You choose whether to submit a photo for analysis. Before analysis, location and EXIF metadata are removed. The photo is used only to create the result you requested and may be securely processed by an automated analysis service for that purpose. StyleScore does not save analysis photos to your account or history, and VYZEN Labs staff do not manually view them during normal use.
4. Why information is used
We use information to provide your results, keep your account and private history working, protect the service, verify Google Play purchases, prevent fraud or duplicate credits, respond to support requests and meet legal obligations. We may use Google services for sign-in, cloud account functions, app security and purchases, together with an automated analysis service when you request an analysis.
5. History, retention and deletion
Your StyleScore history can contain results such as scores, summaries, preferences and averages, but not the analysis photos themselves. During the closed-test period, analysis summaries and related metadata may be kept for up to 30 days unless you delete them sooner. Limited purchase, security, fraud-prevention or legal records may be kept longer when required. Verified account-deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days.
6. Your choices and rights
You can choose not to submit a photo, request deletion of your account and contact us about access, correction, restriction, objection or deletion rights available under applicable law. StyleScore is intended for users aged 13 or older. Only submit photos you have the right and permission to use.
