VYZEN Radio is a radio discovery and playback app. It helps you explore public internet radio stations by country, category, and search. Core listening features can be used without signing in, but some cloud features are optional.
1. Data we may process
When you use the app without signing in, VYZEN Radio may still process technical and usage data required for playback, station browsing, notifications, diagnostics, and app stability. This can include app version, device type, operating system, crash signals, language selection, country choices, search actions, favorites usage, and playback events.
If you choose to sign in with Google, we may receive and store account-related data needed to provide cloud features. This can include your Firebase/Google account identifier, display name, email address, and profile photo. When cloud sync is enabled, we may also store favorites, selected countries, profile preferences, and similar app settings in cloud services such as Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and Firebase Storage.
If you contact support, we may receive the information you include in your message, such as your email address, screenshots, logs, or a description of the issue.
2. How data is used
- To load radio stations, play streams, and keep playback stable in the foreground or background
- To save your preferences locally on the device and, if you sign in, optionally sync eligible data across devices
- To support account features such as avatar, profile name, favorites restore, and account deletion
- To deliver ads, measure ad performance, offer rewarded Silver VIP flows, and manage privacy-consent choices where required
- To understand crashes, diagnose bugs, improve performance, and monitor service health
3. Third-party services
The app may use third-party services including Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform, Google Play Services, Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Apple/iTunes Search API or similar metadata services, and third-party radio stream providers or broadcaster websites. These services may process data according to their own policies.
Radio streams, station names, logos, and song metadata belong to their respective owners. VYZEN Radio does not host, copy, download, sell, or provide offline access to third-party radio broadcasts.
4. Storage, retention, and deletion
Some information is stored locally on your device, such as recent playback context, selected countries, favorites, and interface preferences. If you sign in, some eligible information may also be stored in cloud services to let you restore your profile and favorites on another device.
You can request account deletion from the in-app Account & Cloud screen or by contacting support. Account deletion is intended to remove the cloud account record and associated cloud profile data under VYZEN control. Limited records may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, or where retention is required for fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

- Use the core app without signing in
- Sign in with Google only if you want cloud-based features
- Manage advertising and privacy choices where supported by the app or your device
- Delete your account from the app or via support
- Contact us to correct or remove a station listing if you are a broadcaster or rights holder
